Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of our business and regional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR and organizational development support and advice to business leaders and managers.
- Develop and implement HR capability plans to improve employee experience and engagement.
- Lead HR projects, including launching new policies and practices, improving digital employee experience, and enhancing people analytics and insights.
- Support business leaders in managing and developing their people, including performance management, terminations, career development, and talent management.
- Ensure consistent and equitable application of company policies and procedures, and compliance with local legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology, or relevant discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in HR generalist and/or HR advisory, business partnering experience.
- Strong knowledge of China employment regulatory and local legal requirements relating to people management.
- Excellent analytical, influencing, consulting, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including collaboration, coaching, and counseling skills.
