Job Title: HR Partner, AUS/CN/ASEAN HRP Team

As an HR Partner, you will play a key role in driving business success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to clients across Australia, China, and ASEAN regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development, including analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compensation Management: Provide expert advice on compensation-related queries, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
  • Employee Relations: Conduct investigations and disciplinaries to maintain a fair and consistent work environment, excluding cases related to harassment and discrimination.
  • Policies and Practices: Review and consult on local policies and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose, and provide guidance on people matters requiring in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and local legislation.
  • Talent Management: Coach, train, and guide managers during the annual talent management process, and support employees in identifying training opportunities to further develop functional and managerial skills.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR position or role with knowledge in human resource management, including employee relations, change management, and team development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree required.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee populations in large organizations.
  • Proven ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
  • Fluent English communication and writing skills.
