As an HR Business Partner at Mercedes-Benz Group China Ltd., you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing strategic HR support to assigned business units. You will be responsible for delivering HR solutions, managing organization development, and ensuring employee relations are aligned with company goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with business departments to understand needs and provide professional HR services and solutions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, optimize HR processes, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Design and implement organization development projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Advise on employment law, labor relations, and social security matters.
- Negotiate and resolve collective and individual employment cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- At least 7 years of experience in HR, with 3 years in MNC as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Cross-cultural competence, strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
