As a key member of our team at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners to drive sales growth in the General Business space.

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing channel partners who are committed to selling Oracle products.

Your primary goal will be to facilitate joint selling between our channel partners and our direct sales team, increasing revenue from partner sources and market share through a strategic partnering model.

You will work closely with our marketing team to plan marketing events for our partners and provide accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to educate our partners on Oracle's commercial practices and maintain an understanding of our technology, articulating our propositions to our partners' customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take their career to the next level, working with a leading technology company like Oracle.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of field sales experience, including 3 years of channel sales experience. They will possess strong sales and marketing skills, including needs analysis, business justification, and closing methodologies.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, and the ability to travel as needed is essential.

Based on industry standards and your level of experience, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, not including benefits and bonuses.
