Job Title: International HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International HR Business Partner to join our team at H3C. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our international teams and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR priorities in line with Group/Global Division strategy, covering culture, people, and organization.
  • Partner with managers and employees in overseas countries to understand current issues and provide HR solutions to resolve issues.
  • Implement HR policies and processes in overseas countries, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and Group policies, providing feedback to utilize practices.
  • Support managers on performance and talent development.
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning and talent pipeline management.
  • Conduct organization analysis and people review to make succession plans.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, overseas study or working experiences preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as HRBP supporting international team or sales team, prior TD experience preferred.
  • Fluent English in oral and written.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fast learner, result-oriented, team player; ability to work under pressure.
  • Be able to develop creative ideas and ability to influence and partner with senior managers of the organization to achieve results.
