Job Summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team in China. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our employees, including recruitment, talent development, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods industries.
  • Manage the recruitment process for technical employees, office staff, and interns, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with labor dispatch and outsourcing suppliers to ensure a stable supply of labor and high-quality services.
  • Design, implement, and track the I-Tech project, a talent development program aimed at providing technical support to production operations.
  • Manage employee lifecycles, including onboarding, transfers, contract renewals, and probationary periods.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Education and Training pillar to optimize training processes and improve the effectiveness of new employee onboarding.
  • Support the organization's digital transformation by maintaining HR-related data in various systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR in the manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods industries.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills quickly.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
