Job Summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team in Beijing. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR support to front-line employees, including developing annual HR plans, updating HR plans, and completing related recruitment work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment of front-line technical employees;
  • Recruitment of office outsourcing and internship positions;
  • Through the strong management and promotion of labor dispatch and outsourcing suppliers, ensure the supply of labor dispatch employees and outsourcing employees, and the quality of outsourcing employee site management, and explore diverse outsourcing services according to business development needs;
  • Responsible for the reserve and development of technical employees, such as the design, implementation, tracking, and evaluation of I-Tech projects (not limited to campus recruitment), providing strong technical support for production operations;
  • Responsible for employee lifecycle management, including hiring, transfer, contract renewal, and probation management;
  • As the head of the organization's pillar - entry and early development subsystem, optimize and promote standard work processes (SWP) to help new employees quickly integrate into the team and improve their skills; and as the new employee onboarding training management responsible person, annual refresh training responsible person, closely cooperate with the education and training pillar responsible person to optimize the process and improve the effectiveness of new employee onboarding training; and support E&T Pillar to respond to various audits related to training materials preparation and implementation;
  • As a member of the organization's pillar - information and communication subsystem, assist the department head in building a complete information and communication system, responsible for or assist in organizing various activities, such as employee conferences, annual meetings, WeChat public account operations, focus group interviews, etc.;
  • As a member of the training and development pillar - training plan subsystem, coordinate departments to develop training plans, and supervise and manage the completion of training plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment in the manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods industry, or recent graduates with HR department internship experience;
  • Proficient in various office software, with good Excel data analysis experience, PPT design experience, and event organization experience;
  • Good service awareness, communication skills, and teamwork awareness, strong sense of responsibility;
  • Adaptability, openness to new things;
  • Familiarity with the Beijing local human resources market and multiple recruitment channels;
  • Fluent English and data analysis ability.
