Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radar Systems Engineer to lead our local Radar RSP development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, simulating, and testing RSP architecture, as well as collaborating with Perception and function teams to optimize RSP performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead local Radar RSP development, including architecture, design, simulation, and testing.
  • Collaborate with Perception and function teams to optimize RSP performance.
  • Communicate with global teams to resolve current PF radar problems.
  • Build and maintain local RSP competence and team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good RSP development experience, with a proven track record of leading radar RSP development from concept to delivery.
  • Familiarity with chip solutions, such as TI 2944 and Calterah Alps-pro.
  • Strong skills in radar echo signal calculation and algorithm development, as well as RSP simulation.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of radar system design and antenna MIMO array design.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team leadership experience is highly desirable.
