Position: Line Cook - Western Cuisine

As a key member of the culinary team at Hyatt Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a designated section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes that meet the standards of our esteemed brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the efficient management of kitchen operations, aligning with Hyatt's strategic goals.
  • Supervise the assigned cooking station to deliver consistent and exceptional culinary products.
  • Ensure that service is delivered with professionalism, courtesy, and flexibility, adhering to Hyatt's operational concepts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as a Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a reputable hotel or restaurant. Experience with luxury international brands is preferred. A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is advantageous.

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and Recipe Maintenance Systems, is preferred.
