Sales Controller_XC

As a Sales Controller_XC, you will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing sales KPIs, including chance and risk evaluation. You will collect, analyze, and report data with high efficiency and good quality, focusing on sales KPIs such as sales turnover, price change, raw material, R&D and tooling cost, profit and loss deviation, and cash flow.
You will also be responsible for deep diving KPIs by business unit, customer, and product, providing a clear overview of chances, risks, and suggestions. Additionally, you will have good communication and strong influence towards core functions such as sales, logistics, finance, product management, and high-level management in China and Germany.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial-related field
- 3-5 years of working experience in sales and commercial-related areas
- Strong sales or commercial background
- Good communication, influence, and analytical skills
- Structured and result-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Advanced computer skills for MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
