About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Optimization Leader to join our team at INVISTA in China. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive operational excellence and lead innovation in polymer manufacturing.

Job Summary

  • Lead site transformation by applying new technology, innovation, and best practices to build and sustain operational competitive advantage.
  • Maximize site value creation through yield, capacity, reliability, quality, energy, and cost-effectiveness by implementing Process-Based Management (PBM).
  • Develop and execute a 5-year plan to drive long-term success by delivering economic results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and adhere to INVISTA's compliance policy, including GI/Corruption/IP/TPO, during daily work and related activities.
  • Apply INVISTA's EHS policy during daily work and take safety responsibility seriously.
  • Lead and develop the operation excellence team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and build needed capabilities in operations.
  • Collaborate with global platforms and commercial teams to achieve site goals.
  • Develop and utilize new technologies to improve and accelerate transformations and Site Reliability Standards (SRS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both speaking and writing.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience as a leader in manufacturing operations.

What We Offer

A competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, will be offered to the successful candidate. The estimated annual salary range for this role is ¥400,000 - ¥600,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
