Housekeeper-Maintenance Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality preparation and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to a positive guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform preventative maintenance tasks in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including flipping mattresses, vacuuming behind furniture, deep cleaning carpets, and inspecting grout and caulking.
Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces according to our property's room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines.
Perform minor repairs, such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
Report any serious maintenance problems or safety hazards to your manager or supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Less than 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
