Senior Brand Manager

Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to lead the integration of pharmaceutical brands and execute marketing campaigns to optimize customer experience? If so, this is the role for you.
As a Product Brand Management Pharmaceutical Professional at 821 GlaxoSmithKline Philippines Inc, you will be responsible for aligning customer segments and leveraging services to deliver an exceptional customer experience plan. You will also manage resource allocation within the brands based on customer insight and lead execution across the brand teams.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include:
- Translating insights into future marketing strategies
- Executing global integrated campaigns and updating them to address customer needs
- Engaging with medical teams to gain customer insights from employees and key customer groups to ensure deep customer insight and respond to customer needs
- Managing local congresses and GSK-sponsored digital and face-to-face events
- Collaborating with third-party stakeholders and global teams on local implementation
- Understanding business analytics and responding accordingly to ensure customer engagement, delivery of pharmaceutical share growth, and increase touchpoints
- Advising global and regional teams on customers, competition, and market
- Developing a media plan in line with global strategy to ensure an appropriate integration with global campaign objectives and use of the marketing mix
- Seamlessly working across cross-functional teams to shape adult immunization therapy areas
- End-to-end management of creating and managing patient experience journeys for adult immunization
Why you?
We are looking for professionals with the following required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years' experience in core marketing or working with commercial functions in any MNC organization (medical, commercial excellence, digital marketing)
Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales
- Service/Customer-oriented
- Experience in multichannel marketing
- Knowledge of marketing ways of working and code of promotion
- Excellence in execution of prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
