As a Chief Compliance Officer Assistant, you will be part of our Shanghai Compliance team providing high-quality administrative support to achieve the team's daily business requirements.

This role offers opportunities to acquire and grow technical knowledge and skills in the reinsurance industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Draft, review, and translate contracts, policies, and other documents to maintain accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with tasks assigned by the team leader.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • A third-year college student or above majoring in Law (legal profession qualification certificate holder is preferred).
  • Internship/working experience in law firms or compliance functions of financial institutions is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English for document review and translation.
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Availability from December 2024 onwards, with a preference for at least three days of work per week.
