At Slasify, we are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Growth Officer to join our rapidly-growing technology company based in Singapore.

Established in 2016, Slasify operates with a fully remote team and provides EOR & payroll services to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues work from various locations including Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, USA, Canada, France, Dubai, and more.

Job Description

  • We require a highly skilled Business Development Manager to identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new revenue growth for the company.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of small and mid-size business owners to drive business growth.
  • Identify and establish potential channel partners to expand our reach.
  • Maintain and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B business development.
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with HRM software or systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience selling Payroll, PEO, EOR, or Employee Benefits services.
  • Prior exposure to working in a startup environment showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Remote working experience.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
