Job Description

The Director of Revenue Management will drive revenue growth and market share expansion for Minor Hotels China, overseeing revenue management processes and procedures across multiple hotels and brands. This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement revenue growth strategies, optimize revenue streams, and improve customer service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee revenue management processes and procedures across multiple hotels and brands.
  • Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service standards to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a revenue leader in the hospitality industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement revenue growth strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in IDeaS RMS solutions, Opera PMS, and Excel.
