Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Leader to join our team at Minor Hotels China as a Director of Revenue Management. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to maximize revenue, market share, and profit for multiple hotels across various brands.
About the Role
This role will drive the continued development and growth of customer service standards, revenue, and profits from multiple hotels and brands. You will be responsible for the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures to achieve optimal business outcomes across China.

You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders and persuade executive-level colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and profit for multiple hotels across various brands.
- Drive the continued development and growth of customer service standards, revenue, and profits from multiple hotels and brands.
- Strategically coordinate revenue management processes and procedures to achieve optimal business outcomes across China.
- Mentor and develop team members at all levels of the organization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive-level colleagues, owners, and employees.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a multi-property and multi-brand Revenue Leader.
- In-depth understanding of regional & local markets, local competitors, and events in the China market.
- Innovative commercial leader with proven success driving Total Hotel Profitability.
- Able to partner with and persuade diverse stakeholders, including executive level.
- Demonstrated track record driving results in high-pressure and volatile environments.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in culturally diverse workplaces.
- Experience deftly managing owner relations.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly integrate, interpret, and analyze diverse datasets.
- Proven manager, educator, and mentor of team members at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to communicate at a professional level in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to travel periodically to properties as required.
What We Offer
