China Automotive Sales Leadership Role

Nexperia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Head to lead the ambitious Automotive Sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to leverage Nexperia's technical, manufacturing, and supply chain expertise to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while maximizing revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional Automotive Sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
- Own sales and design-win targets for the Automotive segment in the region.
- Align transfer of business between regions with other Regional Leaders.
- Drive global sales for strategic accounts in the region.
- Manage and maintain cost envelope for the region of Auto Segment.
- Rigorously drive a Culture of Performance throughout the organization.
- Staffing, performance management, talent management, timely incentive roll-out, and hire/fire decisions in close cooperation with the SVP Sales & Marketing and HR Sales & Marketing.
- Drive a commercial and technical workforce to develop as a trusted adviser to customers in the region.
- Provide input on product roadmaps, customer lists, account value propositions, and GTM resources and structure.
- Deploy pricing and target-setting programs defined by SVP Sales & Marketing.
- Establish Business Governance Drive and support monthly business reviews, and quarterly RFF.
Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including EXCEL, PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors, including MOSFETs.
- The ability to define and execute strategies skillfully involving multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, customer-focused.
- Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to travel frequently.
