China Automotive Sales Director

About the Role
The Automotive Sales Head will lead the ambitious and highly motivated Automotive Sales team in China, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to leverage Nexperia's technical, manufacturing, and supply chain expertise. This role will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while maximizing revenue and profitability for Nexperia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the Automotive segment
- Own sales and design-win targets for the region
- Align on transfer of business between regions with other Regional Leaders
- Drive global sales for strategic accounts in the region
- Manage and maintain cost envelope for the region of Auto Segment
- Drive a culture of performance throughout the organization
- Staffing, performance management, talent management, and timely incentive roll-out
- Drive a commercial and technical workforce to develop as a trusted adviser to customers in the region
- Provide input on product roadmaps, customer lists, account value propositions, and GTM resources and structure
- Deploy pricing and target-setting programs defined by SVP Sales & Marketing
- Establish business governance and drive monthly business reviews and quarterly RFF
Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors, including MOSFETs
- Ability to define and execute strategies skillfully involving multiple stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, customer-focused
- Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
- Very strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to travel frequently
