Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute near and longer-term marketing plans and growth strategies with global marketing teams, leading regional marketing plan communication and execution.
  • Closely collaborate with sales and Business development teams to drive valuable pipelines build-up and delivery.
  • Work closely with TS&D and product managers to focus on revenue and gross margin from new products and market share at targeted segments, allocating resources and prioritizing effectively.
  • Emphasize commercialization, including the development and execution of launch plans, support materials, training for sales, and executing new product value propositions, value pricing, and value capture.
  • Strengthen cross-region Marketing & Commercial excellence programs, such as GKA management and channel management.
  • Build up market intelligence and execute marketing campaigns.

About You

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemical, or Marketing-related majors, with an MBA background preferred.
  • You have 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry, with relevant marketing experience preferred.
  • You possess direct experience in the Automotive or Adhesive value chain (OEM – Tier).
  • You have good understanding of automotive development/approval and implementation processes.
  • You demonstrate leadership/influencing skills across broader varieties of functions and geographies.
  • You exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, along with customer orientation and logic thinking.
  • You showcase leadership, effective teamwork, ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • You display excellent interpersonal skills to connect internally across businesses and externally with industry players (customers, suppliers).
  • You demonstrate result orientation and owner mindset.

Salary and Benefits
