Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts for Mechanisms & Structures PL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, profitability, and innovation.
Your primary focus will be on understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. You will analyze data, identify business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve.
You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to ensure seamless product launches and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Innovation Strategy: Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, meeting customer expectations and market demands.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in client-facing positions or marketing roles.
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Skillset: Strong knowledge of product and technology expertise, business acumen, international project management skills, customer orientation, and fluency in English.
