Job Summary:


We are seeking a Senior Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in China. The successful candidate will leverage their proficiency in marketing to formulate local marketing strategies, build brand awareness, and drive business results.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Formulate local marketing strategies to enhance brand image and awareness in the Chinese market
  • Build the uniqueness and differentiation of the brand from competitors
  • Work closely with other functions to conduct a strong marketing calendar
  • Develop seasonal campaigns and local assets
  • Set the communication strategy for brand official social accounts
  • Closely monitor social media accounts, including Weibo, WeChat, WeChat Video, RED, and TikTok
  • Build a strong KOL pool of the brand and regularly seed programs
  • Develop customer-centric retail marketing strategies and CRM programs
  • Support full-price and outlet channels with regular customer events and promotions
  • Fully leverage consumer databases to understand market trends and consumer behavior
  • Improve CRM loyalty programs to maximize customer pools for future activation
  • Conduct data analysis to drive consumer insights and marketing program improvements

Requirements:


The accomplished individual will possess:



  • A Master's degree above
  • 15+ years working experience in marketing, preferably in international brands and the fashion industry
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional expertise
  • A good team player with proactive, self-motivated, and growth-minded characteristics
