Nike is a growth-oriented enterprise seeking talented professionals who can evolve with the company. As a Senior Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the creative direction of our Women's business.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director to lead our GC Brand Design - Women's team. This individual will be responsible for driving creative excellence across multiple projects, ensuring that our content is always on-brand, contemporary, and desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a team of 10 creatives, providing leadership, inspiration, and mentorship to help them grow and succeed.
  • Work closely with the VP, GC - Brand Creative to develop the Women's creative point of view on key projects and partner with local brand marketing teams.
  • Build relationships with functional global and geography partners in the brand creative network.
  • Uphold 'Nike Standards' by driving creative excellence through all forms of storytelling, across multiple touchpoints and platforms.
  • Deliver outstanding photography, video content, and digital design in service of the Women's consumer segment on key projects and moments.
  • Collaborate with styling, marketing, tech, retail, photography, and editorial teams to lead creative concept development and project execution.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • 10 years of experience leading concept, design, and art direction in a branded content, agency, editorial, or marketing environment.
  • Understanding of Women's Style, Fashion, and/or Editorial landscape is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a people manager and mentor is essential.
  • Proven depth of experience in commissioning and directing design, photography, and moving image in digital and experience environments.
