Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales operations processes to drive business growth and improve sales performance across all product channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a reliable suite of market intelligence and volume forecast analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Design and manage best practice inventory management processes to optimize working capital and meet sales demand
  • Ensure financial budgets are achieved through sound model and channel mix planning and execution
  • Define and implement the strategy to manage the transport of finished vehicles from the production plant to the end user across China

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, distribution, and logistics services in China
  • Minimum BA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of managing significant contracts of a high value
  • Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a "can do" approach
  • Global mindset and experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations
