Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Consumer Intelligence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consumer insight expertise to drive business development, proposal design, project management, and report analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute consumer research projects, ensuring timely and precise delivery of actionable insights.
  • Analyze research results and deliver high-quality reports that meet client business needs and company quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to prepare proposals, credential presentations, and ensure competitive methodologies, timelines, and costing estimations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in consumer research, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience handling tight timelines and complex methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and logical mindset, with excellent data and market sense.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in oral and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
