About This Role

NielsenIQ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Global Client Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving key performance indicators (KPIs) within the internal team and centralizing functions to ensure alignment between local and global service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage central service enablement programs to drive internal team efficiency.
  • Track and report on the progress of key KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive the centralization of functions across the internal team to optimize processes and resources.
  • Work closely with local and global service teams to harmonize workflows and ensure seamless integration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the team.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive program success and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Proactively address any issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to program delivery.
  • Team coaching and development.

Qualifications

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, service enablement, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of KPI management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficient written/spoken English.
  • FMCG/Service/Retail/Market Research related industry experience desired is a plus.
