Job Title: Strategic Finance Leader
Job Summary:
The Sr. Finance Manager will be responsible for monitoring all Changzhou factories' financial activities and supporting stronger team development plans. This role will drive key metrics review processes, including AR, inventory, cash flow/WC, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and improve key metrics review processes.
- Support business growth through financial analysis and planning.
- Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and forecasts.
- Provide financial guidance and support to management.
- Support business strategic transformation and reorganization.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Greater China Finance Controller.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant working experience within foreign manufacturing organization or high-technology business.
- Excellent computer skills in spreadsheets, database and ERP.
- Fluent English in writing and reading.
