Job Title: Digital Manufacturing Expert

At Goodyear, we're looking for a Digital Manufacturing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for implementing digital technologies to drive process improvements and enhance data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
  • Lead or support projects aimed at digitizing various aspects of manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data management and analysis capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineers and technicians to design and implement IT/OT systems in manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering related to electronics, operations technology, software development, computer science/engineering, or mechatronics control and automation.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience working with data connectivity and systems to enable plant visibility and continual optimization in manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in project management skills, effective interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with others.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including English.
