Job Title: Digitization Manager

The Digitization Manager will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation across the organization, focusing on sales marketing and CRM capabilities. This position requires a strong understanding of digital sales marketing, CRM, and membership management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital sales marketing strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Lead the development and execution of CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with business and IT departments to develop digitalization initiatives and their implementation plans.
  • Consult and coach business functions to translate business needs into clear requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with digital transformation, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, sales marketing, and digitalization.
  • Strong knowledge of sales marketing digitalization, CRM, and membership management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong global communication and collaboration abilities.
