Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Clinical Diagnostics at Roche. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring sales performance of assigned accounts, achieving sales targets, and implementing key account management systems.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Performance Management: Manage and monitor sales performance of assigned accounts, ensuring timely achievement of sales targets and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets assigned by line manager, focusing on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Key Account Management: Implement key account management systems, building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Continuously improve relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in respective areas, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.
- Distributor Collaboration: Work closely with local distributors in assigned areas, ensuring seamless product delivery and support.
- Product Promotion: Promote products and services offered by the company to customers (end-users), highlighting their value and benefits.
- Instrument Installation: Coordinate instrument installation with service engineers and application specialists, ensuring smooth onboarding and minimal downtime.
- Customer Profiling: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles, tracking preferences and needs to inform sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the service, application support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Assist in yearly budgeting exercises and prepare monthly reports and sales forecasts, providing insights into market trends and sales performance.
- Education: At least a Diploma in Clinical Diagnostics or relevant science field.
- Languages: Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office software applications.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory or similar sales experience in the industry; instrument sales experience is a plus.
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
