Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to support business decisions;
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our financial operations are aligned with industry standards;
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company's financial stability;
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability;
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure their success in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle ERP, and SAP;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
