Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Automation Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our automation development team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems to meet user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business problems and develop automated solutions to address them.
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Handle automated system issues, drive root cause analysis, and apply preventive solutions.
  • Follow SDLC phases and ensure well-documented execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Computer Technology, or related field.
  • Good written and verbal English/Mandarin skills.
  • Good communication skills with other groups.
  • Working experience in Semiconductor Back-End industry.
  • Good SECS/GEM knowledge and ability to integrate new tools with host.
  • Experience in C#/WPF.
