Job Summary

We are seeking a Staff Engineer, Automation Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and developing automated systems to solve them. They will provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business problems and develop automated systems to solve them.
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
  • Communicate with various departments and stakeholders to gather user requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Handle operation-reported automated issues and drive root cause analysis and preventive solutions.
  • Follow SDLC phases and manage each phase well-documented and executed as per requirement and specification.

Requirements

  • Require Bachelor degree and above in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Computer Technology, or related major.
  • Require good written and verbal English/Mandarin.
  • Require good communication skills with other groups.
  • Have working experience in Semiconductor Back-End industry.
  • Require good SECS/GEM knowledge and ability to integrate new tools with host.
  • Have good experience in C#/WPF.
