We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to represent our company's technical support for clinical customers of our QPCR, dPCR, CE, MA, and NGS product lines. As a key member of our team, you will drive revenue growth and exceed targets by elevating customer curiosity about our products, identifying opportunities, and providing technical pre-sale support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate customer curiosity about our products and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide technical pre-sale support, including technical proposals, field seminars, and in-depth technical and clinical application conversations with customers.
- Collect, process, and disseminate market feedback and competitive intelligence to support the evolution of our products.
- Work with sales teams, marketing, support teams, and other functions to analyze the impact of business strategies and develop countermeasures.
- Travel to customer sites (50% or more) to provide technical support and build relationships.
