Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the training of TPU production knowledge to new employees, including process, product, and operation procedures.
  • Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE regulations, particularly in process safety measures.
  • Support the implementation of HSE requirements in process safety measures.
  • Learn and familiarize with new plant DCS configuration and operations, including process analysis and digitalization systems.
  • Conduct training programs for process control, operation, process safety, material balance, and operation procedures.
  • Coordinate and prepare for piping and instrument checks according to P&ID.
  • Implement unit/plant commissioning and start-up plans with OE and Start-up managers.
  • Support unit test runs and plant commissioning with Start-up teams.
  • Prepare pipe blowing, water flushing, and learn to start equipment/motors, and learn batch production processes.
  • Build a team during start-up, lead and train team members, and prepare for daily operation handover.
