Job Title: MSL Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled MSL Manager to join our team at Astellas Pharma Inc. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading launch taskforces, managing cross-functional projects, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead launch taskforces from T-36 to T-12 for assigned products, collaborating with global and local stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
  2. Develop and implement launch strategies, setting goals and KPIs, and ensuring alignment with the Launch Excellence Framework.
  3. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Represent CN-C in the Global LEx community, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of launch excellence initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in science or marketing.
  2. Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial experience, with extensive brand management experience and a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in the region.
  3. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
