Job Summary

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Manager for Takeda, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of medical activities across various regions. This role requires a strong understanding of medical affairs, people management, and leadership skills to navigate complex projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Medical Affairs Strategy

Develop and implement regional medical plans based on competitor intelligence, academic needs, and market trends to meet therapeutic area unmet needs.

2. People Management

Identify talent gaps, recruit and coach MSLs to achieve success, and lead the team to achieve its goals.

3. Operations and Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines, maintain accurate records, and coordinate cross-regional medical projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Medical or Pharmacy)

• ≥3 years of medical affairs experience in a pharmaceutical company or ≥1 year of people management experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
