Global Medical Device and Solution Access Director

As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our medical device and solution access strategy in China.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive device distribution strategy to drive business success and support Bayer's RAD transformation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless access to our medical devices and solutions.
- Lead the development of national access strategies, including price inputs and reimbursement strategies, to ensure optimal market access for our products.
- Represent Bayer in negotiations with national and provincial reimbursement authorities to secure reimbursement policies and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective localized tender and bidding strategies to achieve premium pricing and volume access for our medical devices and solutions.
About You:
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to drive results-oriented solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Professional presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
- Deep understanding of channel management, business acumen, and healthcare industry insights.
- At least 8 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in consulting, strategic development, commercial, channel management, sales, and marketing.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
