As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our device distribution strategy and operation excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a device distribution strategy that supports our RAD transformation.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to empower distributors working towards Bayer's interests.
  • Lead distributor annual audits and drive regular in-market sales and SAP sales forecasting processes.
  • Guide customer-facing teams in providing feedback and coaching to deal-level distributors and hospital-level distributors.

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic thinking, reliable mindset, and rational analysis skills.
  • Strong collaboration and multiple communication capabilities.
  • Professional presentation and reporting skills.
  • In-depth channel management understanding.
  • In-depth business acumen and healthcare industry insights.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the MNC Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
