Job Title: China Medical Communications Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced China Medical Communications Lead to join our team at Pfizer. As a key member of our Medical Affairs team, you will be responsible for leading and representing the Medical Communications function for China at the global level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with International Category Medical Leads and the Global Medical Content team to ensure China content needs are included as part of the global plans.
  • Partner with Global Medical Channel Excellence Team to support activation and optimization of relevant medical channels in China.
  • Partner with Field Medical Excellence to ensure all content for field medical colleagues is pulled through from the global team.
  • Partner with Medical Analytics group to measure the impact of all medical channel content initiatives in China and share learnings in-country and across International Content Team.

Requirements:

  • Advanced scientific/healthcare degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD, MS, etc.)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector
  • Proven leadership skills, including leadership across the matrix and managing junior staff.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent collaboration and communications skills.
