Senior Medical Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a Senior Medical Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing medical strategies that meet brand market strategy, ensuring top-level medical contribution to internal and external customers, and facilitating new product success launches and patient access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute medical strategies that align with brand market strategy and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure top-level medical contribution to internal and external customers.
- Facilitate new product success launches and patient access through effective medical planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with medical strategy and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute clinical trial plans, including RWE and IIS studies, to support medical strategy and business growth.
- Approve promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with medical strategy.
- Lead and manage a team of medical professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Medical Master degree or above, preferably in endocrinology or cardiology.
- Formal business education (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Scientific research and/or clinical experience, preferably in endocrinology or cardiology area.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, R&D, or medical affairs functions.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Medical Affairs Manager role.
