The Role

We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to our Managing Director. This is a unique opportunity to work with a senior leader and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the Managing Director.
  • Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and other stakeholders, including employees, customers, and external partners.
  • Manage the Managing Director's email and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial and administrative data.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or secretarial studies.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
