About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Housekeeping to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and supervising the daily operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guest services and supervise the Housekeeping Department to ensure exceptional quality and service standards.
- Set and maintain service standards to ensure consistency and excellence in guest experiences.
- Ensure that departmental profit goals are met or exceeded through effective management and leadership.
- Maintain current and available policy and procedure manuals for all staff.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- College graduate or equivalent degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related position, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Fluent in oral and written English, with Mandarin language skills a must.
- Work authorization in China required.
