We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with experience in managing high-end restaurants and bars in mainland China and international hotel settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative promotions and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Manage food and beverage operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction through innovative promotions and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex food and beverage operations.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Chinese a plus.
