Summary

The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is seeking an Information Technology Supervisor who shares a dedication to excellence and brings enthusiasm to every task.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the availability of critical systems, including Front Office Property Management System, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX, and Food & Beverage Point of Sales computer systems, twenty-four (24) hours a day.

2. Assist in establishing and maintaining user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems.

3. Provide Systems Administration support, including managing user/group accounts, user configuration, troubleshooting access issues, and completing on-site documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

1. A technical background, with MCSE or similar network qualifications preferred but not mandatory.

2. Prior education and/or experience in supporting complex networks preferred but not mandatory.

3. Familiarity with Four Seasons IT core standards and key controls.

4. Good understanding of Four Seasons policies and procedures.

5. Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

6. A university degree or equivalent experience.

7. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related position with Four Seasons or 3 years in another organization.

8. A calm demeanor, patience, and a passion for service.

9. Proficiency in Office 365 and Windows 10/11, Windows Server.

10. Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, approachability, and a willingness to assist.
