Ecommerce Operations Manager

Description and Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our eCommerce business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional project initiatives, optimizing global operations, and enhancing sales enablement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transformation projects to optimize global operations, tools, and sales enablement capabilities
- Project manage transformation initiatives, tracking progress, escalating and removing roadblocks, and supporting initiative-defined through strategic planning
- Collaborate with global segment, functional, and Geo teams to harmonize best practices, optimize tools, and processes
- Craft and execute programs that enhance sales, business, and operations processes with a focus on productivity and effectiveness
- Conduct timely, relevant business analytics market share analysis, financial modeling
- Create executive presentations on technical, strategy, and operational performance
- Advocate on behalf of the customer and have a customer-centric approach to the above responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
- 8 years' work experience leading teams using agile and hybrid agile/waterfall practices
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Embrace a growth mindset and Support Leadership mentality
- Strong sense of ownership with regard to project leadership
- Understanding of business analysis best practices and ability to facilitate and document requirements
- Understanding of quality assurance best practices, test plan development, and plan execution
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement, encourage collaboration, and communicate effectively (written and verbal) across multiple levels in the organization
- Ability to effectively manage competing work demands and multiple initiatives at the same time
- PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
- Preference for work experience in delivering enterprise solutions used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Such solutions include CRM, service and repair operations, organization websites and applications, and learning management systems
- Previous experience with agile project management tools such as Atlassian Jira or Microsoft Azure DevOps preferred
