Position Overview

As a pivotal member of the Unilever team, you will be responsible for driving the business objectives of our eCommerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:


• Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining a robust financial outlook and competitive pricing strategies.


• Oversee the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring accurate Demand Forecasting and collaborating with customers for effective business execution.


• Foster strong relationships with customers to negotiate resources and facilitate successful promotional activities.


• Manage channel promotion expenditures and profit margins to enhance return on investment and contribute positively to online profitability.


• Liaise with various internal departments to ensure seamless demand planning, daily operations, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in eCommerce, with a preference for backgrounds in Sales or Trade Marketing.


• Familiarity with platform or third-party company operations is advantageous.


• Strong skills in customer relationship management, with a professional approach to interfacing with self-owned business operations.


• Experience in executing large-scale campaigns such as Super Brand Day or New Product Launch events.


• Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively, with a capacity to thrive under pressure and collaborate within cross-functional teams.


• A Bachelor's degree or higher, with proficiency in office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
