Position Overview
The successful candidate will be accountable for driving sales, providing assistance in Application Support, and collaborating with the marketing team for effective product promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively market and sell Roche's raw materials and services to end users, while promptly addressing application and product inquiries to support the Business Area in meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
2. Execute daily promotional activities through professional engagement and marketing of the company's offerings, with the ultimate goal of generating sales revenue.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and demonstrate the ability to present product information accurately to customers in group settings.
4. Provide consistent market intelligence and competitive insights, along with timely reporting to management in an agreed format. Regularly update customer data files.
5. Conduct planned visits to target clients based on established customer territories, following a call plan that has been submitted and approved by management.
6. Implement sales strategies within budgetary constraints, adhering to a monthly action plan that has been pre-approved by the line manager.
7. Deliver quality service to RLS LS clients through regular visits.
8. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and essential procurement departments.
9. Collaborate actively with local distributors to ensure adequate stock levels and market coverage.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in a relevant Life Science or Marketing field is required.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales or a related field is necessary.
