The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our CN Sales team at Unity, focusing on mobile ads for gaming and non-gaming industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our business with key industry clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver and implement sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close revenue-generating advertiser & publisher partnerships.
- Generate strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and obtain new clients.
- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with advertiser, publisher, and company objectives.
- Identify market trends and understand client business goals to determine ideal solutions and new products.
- Drive revenue growth with new and existing customers through collaborative work with an international team.
Requirements
- Field-based resource with experience in gaming and non-gaming apps for the global market.
- Experience in the gaming industry or mobile ads.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and push forward internal communication.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor degree or above.

- Expertise in strategic selling structures, pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
- Ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Consistent track record of structuring, developing, and completing strategic agreements.
