The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our CN Sales team at Unity, focusing on mobile ads for gaming and non-gaming industries.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our business with key industry clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver and implement sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close revenue-generating advertiser & publisher partnerships.
  • Generate strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and obtain new clients.
  • Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with advertiser, publisher, and company objectives.
  • Identify market trends and understand client business goals to determine ideal solutions and new products.
  • Drive revenue growth with new and existing customers through collaborative work with an international team.

Requirements

  • Field-based resource with experience in gaming and non-gaming apps for the global market.
  • Experience in the gaming industry or mobile ads.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and push forward internal communication.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor degree or above.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistent track record of structuring, developing, and completing strategic agreements.
