We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and develop business plans to maximize market potential and achieve sales targets.
- Execute business plans and manage implementation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor market conditions and provide regular updates to management on market trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmaceuticals, or biology.
- Proven sales experience and track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
